WHAT TO KNOW
Insurance
We're In-Network with Vision Service Plan (VSP) and are an OPEN ACCESS PROVIDER for many vision plans. This means that we can utilize your OUT-OF-NETWORK benefits and can submit the OUT-OF-NETWORK claim on your behalf. If you prefer to submit the claim yourself, we are happy to provide any documentation required for reimbursement.
Depending on the details of your vision plan, you will directly receive reimbursement from your vision care plan within 3 weeks of your visit. If there are any questions or concerns with your reimbursement, you will need to contact your vision care plan provider.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments. We do not accept checks at this time.
Health Spending Account (HSA) and Flex Spending Account (FSA)

All our services and products are HSA / FSA eligible and we accept HSA / FSA cards for prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses in-office. OLIVE AND SPEX OPTOMETRY is not responsible for issues with the approval or refund transactions made through HSA / FSA cards.
